Payments processed through Ailura (card, ACH, Cash App Pay, financing) carry a 2.9% platform fee in addition to standard Stripe processing. Cash and checks are always fee-free. High-volume AI voice usage may carry usage fees — we'll tell you before it ever applies.

Straight answers
What's the 2.9% platform fee?
When a customer pays you through Ailura, we keep 2.9% of that transaction (on top of Stripe's standard processing). That's how the software stays cheap even in your slow season. Take cash or a check and there's no fee at all.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. The AI receptionist picks up calls you miss or forward from the number your customers already know.
What if I hate typing on my phone?
Good — so do we. Ailura is voice-first and big-button by design, and it never asks you to key in a part number. Snap a photo of the receipt instead.
Is there a contract?
Month to month; cancel whenever you want. Annual plans just trade commitment for two free months.
What if I don't have a business yet?
